From Mike Dunn
Unfortunatly there is no license plate or markings to see.
Only possibilety for Grau = Luftwaffe
Otherwise it's late Wehrmacht green RAL 6003
There could also be a possibilety that it's US-green, but it should be lighter then.

Nice picture Martin!!! i have seen 1 or 2 other picture NZ in Allied hands in the past !! but this is a great find too.
dont see any German Markings or Stencils on it !! so far. it could be repainted,
but this is hard to see on a black&white picture.
Dont forget it is WET!!! color may look darker too.
May be some one can release some more info of this picture!!
Greats

Therr id still beige WH-paint to see on the front-axel, so this NZ was painted again.
On the German side someone claims it could be even red!
I wait for an answer for that.
On this picture also te see nice late packtaschen and iron Guss-Packtaschenholders,
I still have a set like this for sale.
Regards,
Martin
