my 1939 DKW NZ 350, value?

Post by Dirk » Tue Mar 21, 2017 9:45 pm

Hello all,

Seven years went into restoring my nz 350, payed too much like must of us did..
But at the moment it sits in my garage, I drive it often and enjoy it but...
I need to restore, I find it more fun to do so I am thinking of selling the bike!

What is the value aproximatly? speedo is from an rt125 from the 50's and it has an zundapp saddle cover weird enough. I had the engine completly rebuild by an expert, had new clutchdiscs installed, brakes were overhauled en renewed, new tires went on it and the frame/tank etc. were repainted in RAL 7021. Most of the screws are original Ribe one's. I also had a nz 350-1 handlebar installed due to the parts for the original handlebar not beiing avaliable at the time. bing carb (overhauled) is installed, 12V installed and powerdynamo, runs great!
There are some repro parts, knob to adjust the tension of the frontspring, all the rubbers, all of the wiring, the clutch/brake/lever etc. cables.

To conclude; what is the value do you think? 5000 euro? 6000? or more?

I have a lot of pictures but trouble with oploading them..

Best regards, Dirk
