It looks like it's an original NZ 350-1 after all.
All not original or missing parts are not important.
Important is the price, those parts can be searched afterwarts.

Fueltap is DDR-Trabant
Seatcover is Russian
Rear mudguard-mounting rod is not original
Rear mudguard is missing the clamps for mounting rod
The NZ 350-1 has no knee pads
I see no middle welding on the tank (maybe there is used a lot of filler)
Ignition lid right on the enngine is not original
Two vertical screws on frontfork are not original
All screws are re-newed for modern galvanised screws, pitty!
Gasmask clamp on the tank is not original, whatever some would say !
Airfilter is not original, must be a Zyklon.
Side stand is missing.
Lower exhaust-clamps are missing.
Lower Chain protector is missing.
This NZ 350-1 is painted WH-grey. At that time the DKW-plant painted there NZ's only in beige RAL 7028 neu 1944. Maybe some in LW-grey/blue.

Martin

- Front and rear brake plates are the older alloy model
- Horn is wrong
- The "oberer gelenkhebel" and front shock absorber is wrong, this should have the later model of front shock absorber.
- Carb is wrong, or at least the float bowl
- Front fender rear bracket wrong
- Front fender rear end looks too short, cut?

Not much left, hard to tell from the pictures if the frame, wheels and fenders are IZH or DKW.

Frank, 'Front and rear brake plates are the older alloy model'.

The first series NZ 350-1 had indeed still the Alloy brake-plates.
Would be interessting to know when they switched to the iron brake-plates.

And indeed, the pictures are to small to judge details.

Martin

Sadle-frame is exact the same as for the DKW NZ/43 and NZ 350-1.
Could be that this sadle is an ISH, sadle. But that could not be judged in this picture, The sadlecover is ISH.

PS the ISH sadle-covers are far more better quality as the German DKW-covers.
I almost never saw a worn ISH-cover. The DKW Pagusa-covers are almost all badly worn or damaged.

The base seat is almost the same, but the differences DKW vs Germany IZH are visible welded base plate, the Russians because of the poor quality of steel used used a welding.
Moreover, not mounted to the bike based seats can be observed differences in shape.

Rubber Soviet seats in the formula which can be seen on a motorcycle above are produced from the 50-ch today, hence their noticeably better quality.
Original rubber Pagus I only passenger seats, rubber replica of driver quality are produced in my country ./Polska/
 google translate

Just mention it again;
Important is the price!
Those parts can be searched afterwarts.
Most NZ350-1 that are for sale are much worst then this.
It's a good start to enjoy a hoby.

Yes, You will need about 2-3000 to make it 100% original.
3000 to 4000 would be enough for this NZ.
