Re: Need help
HI Vadim, In the link it is clearly visible the tractor lamp is totally different, but some sellers take pictures of the tractor lamp from different angles so it is very difficult to spot the difference to a original one and then try to sell it as a NZ lamp. If you want, you can email me pictures of...
Re: Need help
Hyvää Iltaa Vadim, Yes, thats correct, the same lamp was used on NZ500. The moss green bike on the first pictures is my NZ500. Please also notice that some dishonest sellers on the web sometimes tries to fool NZ owners by selling this agricultural tractor lamp as a NZ lamp https://shop.delegro.nl/DE...
Re: Need help
Hi again,
Forum member Motorboy13 (Raimond) restored a quite bad dug out NZ350 rear lamp and he got it very nice. Maybe he has some pictures of it?
Best greetings!

Re: Primary Chain
Hi Raimond,
Just glad if I can help someone to find good parts to a good price. There are so many "business-men" selling pure crap parts to those bikes
Best Greetings!

Re: Need help
Hi Vadim, NZ250 and NZ350 (1938-43) hade different tail lamps. NZ250 used the common Hella rear lamp which was very common on many German bikes in the 40´s and 50´s. Those are easy to find both used and repro. http://www.oldtimergarage.eu/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=22_183&products_id=1431 The NZ...

Re: Project NZ 350 1943
Hi, Maybe a late answer, but some info comes here: 605915 should be a later half 1942 bike and the factory color grey. i am not sure if the manufacturing year always was stamped at the factory. I had a 1940 NZ350 where the manufacturing year was never stamped on the type plate. If I remember correct...

Re: NZ 250 bing carb problem?
Hi, The carb in the link is a post war Bing, very similar to the old AJ, but it should work perfectly on a NZ. The pre war Bing was a AJ 2/24 and on those the main jet was 100 and the needle jet 270. Sounds like there is something clogged in the carb, or the fuel level in the floater bowl too low, i...

Re: Clutch cable adjustment
Hi Chris, Have you checked the 1/4" steel ball (pos. 18 in the image) is not missing between the clutch screw and the clutch rod (on the right side of the engine)? The correct tightening on the pressure springs are: tighten the adjuster nuts so much that 1mm of the studs comes through the nut (1mm o...
