Re: NOS Hasag ignition switch available for trade

Complete, new old stock. Only some surface rust due to poor storage (they are 70 years old!) October 1943 NZ project

I sell my project 1943 NZ. Came from France, the previous owner started restoring it but never achieved it. Missing front & rear lights, exhaust, carb & other parts. Now partially dismantled. October 1943 bike, has original manufacturer's plate (with WaA & eagle stamp) and carries still its original...

Re: NOS Hasag ignition switch available for trade

I have still 2 NOS Hasag switches available (condition like the above) BUT BOTH WITH NO KEY and since I decided to sell my 1943 project, I'll offer them for sale. My last 2 of 7 NOS/unused switches I found! Available at 500 EUR piece (I know is expensive but these are the prices today). If anyone ha...

Re: NOS Hasag ignition switch available for trade

Sorry, this Zündschloss is no longer available. But I do have an original fuel tank in original color available (showing one crude wartime repair). It comes together with an original (rusty but restorable) Hasag ignition switch. Availbable for trade only. I am looking for a complete 350-1 handlebar ...

Hello, Sorry but definitely not for sale, trade only. I still seek a large Hasag 165 headlight and a 350-1 handlebar (complete with levers).

Re: Mystery (?) marking

What I asked for several times was never answered, at what time did the iron-beakplates and full iron handlebars/levers do their introdution. Were they used on the late type 43 also? regards, Martin My october 43 has alu brakeplates. About the handlebar, no idea. My bike came without handlebar, hea...

Re: Mystery (?) marking

Well, from other surviving dataplates (I am discovering that very few WH DKW still keep their original daplates today!), that the unknown stamp in my bike does not appear on others of the same vintage: http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/1838/dscn3771lt0.jpg Does anybody know if an october 43 could h...

Re: Mystery (?) marking

Hi Wilhelm, yes I am aware of the list, thanks. It is very incomplete, unfortunately. Does that means that the nr. 935 (WaA-Wehmachtabnahme Ambt) is the nr. for all Wehrmacht NZ's? Perhaps some-one has a list with thos WaA-nr's. Would be interesting to know were the nr. 935 stands for. Yes, obviousl...

Re: Mystery (?) marking

Thanks Wilhelm. One think is certain, looks like some acceptance stamp, and seems it was made before the WaA stamp. Maybe you are right, a cancelled export...?
Can other owners confirm?: no similar stamps on other period NZs?

Regards,

M.

Unbekannte (?) Prägung

Hallo, Ich bin neu in diesem Forum (bitte entschuldigen Sie mein schlechtes Deutsch) Frohes Neues Jahr an alle! Ich besitze eine NZ 350 / 43 vom November 1943. Das Fahrrad hat die Waffenamt Adler (auf dem Rahmen und dem Typenschild) und auch eine Kontroll-Nummer "269", aber ich bin neugierig auf die...

Mystery (?) marking

Hello to all and Happy New Year!, I am new in this forum. I own a NZ 350/43 from November 1943 which is undergoing restoration. I have a question: the bike has the Waffenamt eagle on the frame and the dataplate, and also a controller number “269”, but I am curious to know the significance of the 3rd...
