Search for my NZ 350-1, a original-cylinder.
I have the piston and cylinder-head,.
Would possibly change against a 350 WH cylinder from October 1939 (harm-free), runs well.

IZH as further development from the NZ 350-1
Idea;
The Russian IZH as further development from the NZ 350-1, erns to my opinion a place on this site. After some searching You will find Links to IZH pictures, but there isn't a real place on this site.
Question; Are there maybe other NZ-clones?

Pictures from original NZ-parts.
I see often the question; "Orginal or not". It would be usefull to make place for orginal pictures from NZ-parts on this site. So everybody could see what's orginal or not. Mr. Maciek with his "big-sale" on this site, has very nice pictures for example. Other users can send in what's usefull. Evt. t...

Re: throttle/idle questions Bing AJ-2-24 model
Hello Jeff,
Is the needle from the carburator piston in the right position adjusted (on the top of the needle)?
Make also sure that the clutch-handle has a free space of circa 5 mm.
And that the rearwheel doesn't move when the clutch is in his free-position.
Succes,
Martin

Well Wilhelm that's good news! I allready searched for a number for my NZ 350-1 from 1944. It's for sure from the 116. Windhund-division (left by Aachen in nov. '44). The 116. Pz.Div. was formed in Rheine, Wehrkreis VI on 28 March, 1944. So, to Your information Wehrkreis VI is Münster in Westfalen (...

Re: what type of equipment militarised a standard civilian b
Hello Matt, The side panniers are the same as used for R75 and all other WH-bikes. Only for lighter models as the RT for example, there were smaller onces. A civilian bike is not much differnt then a millitary model. Only the NZ350-1 was a special-model for the Wehrmacht. The NZ-WH (till 43) had a s...

Re: Military vs. Civilian Tire Sizes
Hi, Look at the topic from "Landser"on Mi. 01.10.08. He brought in org. paperwork from a NZ from 1939, the same as You have. The third picture describes about the Tire-sizes. By my knowing the tires for WH NZ have the same profil as the civillian-type NZ. My NZ 350-1 from 44 has still the org. tires...

Same procedure, use some acid-free Vaseline when You montage the tire on the rim again. Put it on the rim and tire-outside. Flat on the ground, then work with Your feet till the tire is on the rim. Any motorstore can tell you that, most stores however have a machine to do the Job for of and on the r...

Using soap for the fittings is not good because soap absurb water.
Water means rost! Better a very little bit of Vaseline without accid!

Re: Increasing price of the -1 ?
Hello Jens, It is a question from ask and demand! How many of this vehicles survived, not so many in total. On east European oldtimer markets it's possible to make or buy almost complete German vehicles as BMW-Zundapp-Kuebel wich are total built up with new (repro) parts. . As long we cann't find th...
