Hello Gentlemen, from time to time, there are Dkw NZ350 motorcycles for sale with a gasmask attached up on the fueltank. I have seen a lot of historical pictures but never a NZ350 with a gasmask on the top of the fueltank. Has this ever been done or is this marketing or 'new originality'? The onlyes...

Hello Wilhelm, yes indeed, "normally" it should be a Bosch W7AC . The cilinderhead is an original part and measuring the spark plug into the head only the ground electrode is coming out into the combustion chamber. I checked this out when removing the head from the engine. This is correct at my opin...

Hello Martin, I have never seen a late war green petrolcan, interesting to see! A year ago, I found this: a pack of Kraftstoff cans still wrapped in the original brownish paper, stamped "Kraftstoff" I needed to open the pack but I kept the paper  http://dkw-nz.net/forum/userpix/291_P1020598_2....

Hello to all, I'm new here from Belgium and have aquired a DKW NZ350 1943 since some time. The ignition was converted to 12V ( powerdynamo) when I bought the machine. The engine needed to have a new piston so also this was correctly renewed. So far some background of my NZ. I checked the spark plug a...
