Re: Hello everyone! Looking for a nice dkw nz 350 -1
Hello Matt, A friend of mine bought a NZ-wh from '43 from a Tsjech guy for 3500,- It looks complete and runs. However when he came home the gearing doesn't function and many other little things must be done. The motor became a total revisation for a lot of money and some parts were not org. NZ. Prob...

Re: kickstarter peg
Hello Jeff, It looks the same indeed. However it's not sure if the fitting for the kickstarter on the motor is the same, and that's very important. Perhaps You could took the messures and ask Stemler. It would be helpfull if you send a notice back to your own question when it's sure that it's the sa...

Bildmaterial davon. Wer hat aber gute detailfoto's davon? Habe diese Holster nml. noch nie gesehen. Möglich ist es...
Re: Saddlebag
Recently my private archiv crashed, I had several foto's from NZ's with this Bag on the lower front-fork, left site.
Till now never seen on the rear bagage-holder.
So for a NZ till '43 it seems very plausible to me.
Perhaps You can find such a foto in the archiv of this site too.

Re: "Toolbox"
There excist also boxes without handles, the reason is unknown for me. Perhaps late war types? Fisrt foto is from a RT-box, You can see were the handles should be. The paint is org. late war! Second foto, the owner said to be shure that there aren't any markings were the handles should be. The lid i...

Re: Flat tire in the rear, any help here?
Hi Tim,
Perhaps You have the rear-wheel lose by now.
A friend of mine had the same problem with the nut.
There was no space to pull the nut out.
A piece of wood, placed between axe and frame, managed the job.
there was just enough space to pull the nut out then.

Hi Thomas, I've allready done that some time ago. Problem is to find just the right letter-type and right "stencil-art". That are letters for sjablons. Nearest so far is VAG stencil-art. But I'm not statisfied with it, it is just not good enough for me. Also the spaces in the letters (were no black ...

How can I get the '44-'45 Tankwriting?
NEW, NEW, NEW !!!! For the NZ-350-1 late production, I've now perfect Stencils for sale. Look on "Parts for sale" from this site. I'm restaurating my NZ-1 1944 for the second time in 25 Years. There are some obstacles, such as: how do I get the 44-45 tankwriting done? I don't like transfers, would ...
Re. to Jens, the camo.-box is indeed late war-type. The box. wich is painted over in black, seems to have also another type of late war lid. I send in a Pic from a repro DKW-RT box (smaller messures). Looks the same lid as the black box, only the black box has a "U" for a padlock. If the box from Go...

From NZ-350-1 to IZH.
Here some Links for Pics from the IZH. This for those who are interested in the differents with the NZ 350-1. I think the IZH as further development from the NZ 350-1, earns a place on this site! http://www.tsiklitall.org/galerii/thumbnails.php?album=9 http://www.tsiklitall.org/galerii/thumbnails.ph...
