Hi Mike, Yes these are stencils. The stencil is a vinyl sticker. You peel off the backing card, stick the stencil to the area you want to paint. Then remove the waxed paper on the top. I have this same speedo that came with my DKW NZ350 and it doesnt fit? The outter shell of the speedo is hitting one of the supports for the forks. Its a bit too big?
