Re: 500 DKW

Re: nz 350 schalldampfer??

Hello Dirk, I have bought exhaust silencers and downpipes from Milz for my RT 125, RT 250 and also for my NZ 350 from 1939. I have found them all quite satisfying. However, the curvature of the NZ downpipes (Krümmer) may interfere with the Schnellständer if you have one of these mounted. At least it...

Re: Hasag or Hella ignition switch for trade

Hello Frank,

I may consider trading a spare Spulenkasten SP 10 for that HASAG switch. I asssume the KS machine uses the same Spulenkasten as the SB.

Best regards

Re: Brand new NZ250

Hello Thomas,

I was also having a good look at the NZ 250 in Bremen with some other DKW-friends. One thing that puzzeled us was that the gold lining on the tank seemed to have been put on by tape and not handpainted. The width was also different frrom the lines on the front fork and mudguards.

Re: Dichring Kickstarterwelle

Hallo,

Gruss

Re: Parts for DKW NZ 350

Regarding the two holes on the front fork, my NZ 350 also have two holes on each side about three inches above the link arm. I have no idea what may have been attached here.

Wältzlager für lange SB 350

Hallo ChristianNZ,

Clutch Rod Size

Hello again, Since you seem to have the same rod length as myself (186 mm) I just measured the length of rod sticking out measured from the "Gummikappe" to be 12 - 13 mm. And this clutch works beautifully. In case you are looking to buy a new rod, please be aware that some replicas I have come acros...

Clutch Rod Size

Hello,

I have just measured the rod length on my 1938 an 1940 NZ 350. One is 186 mm and the other 187 mm. There is some confusion here apparently.
