no, just mix it 25:1 with Golden Spectro motorcycle two stroke oil. I use that and a ratio rite.

First for the price and if it runs, this is a good buy. The first things that stick out too me that are wrong are:

Hupe
Speedo
Battery
Gas cap
Grips
petcock
Spark plug cap
The carb appears too be Russian
The ID plate is not new and its reproduction and restamped
