I was wondering if anyone is reproducing the late war steel rather than aluminum NZ-1 data plate. I have a good aluminum repro but I would like to get a more original steel type.
Thanks!

I agree, the allu. epro-plates are not correct for a NZ-1
If you can't find them,...(I never saw iron repro.-plates).
In a hobby-store or something like that, they sell sometimes rusty "paint",
to give new things an older rusty-look. You could do that on your plate.
Original plates who survived are mostly slightly rosted.
