Gasmask attachment

Post by Panama » Tue Dec 20, 2011 5:16 pm

Hello Gentlemen,
from time to time, there are Dkw NZ350 motorcycles for sale with a gasmask attached up on the fueltank.
I have seen a lot of historical pictures but never a NZ350 with a gasmask on the top of the fueltank. Has this ever been done or is this marketing or 'new originality'?
The onlyest picture i found is a gasmask kanister attached near the toolbox..

Thanks for answering!

Hello,
I´m only a RT-driver, but I know a man, who was in the XX and drived with
a RT 125. He told me once, that he had his gasmask at one of his packbag
with a holder.
That was not orginal, he bribed a mechanicer with Brandy :D

Greeting maxi and a happy new year 2012 ;)

And here's another way to fix the gasmask to the motorbike.
As usual, the soldiers had their own way to solve this, as long as they had not to wear it around the neck all the time...

Kind regzrds,
