Re: rearbrake drum
Nope. NZ 250 drum has a much smaller diameter than 350.
Re: rearbrake drum
Ok Thanks. I noticed Oldtimers sells the rear brake drums. Are these any good? Where would you get the internals for it so it works? I would also need the lever for the brake rod to connect to. Thanks

Re: rearbrake drum
Hi,
I dont know about the OG brakedrums if they are good or not, no experience about them.
The parts you need to the brakedrum is a roller bearing + a retaining ring holding the bearing (in the parts manual there is also a washer, but there is no need to use the washer if you use a modern sealed roller bearing. The original bearing was a open one without sealings).
I think you will find the bearing (a standard bearing) and retaining ring in every shop selling bearings (at least here in Europe).
The brake lever I think you can find on ebay, or if some forum member has one for sale.
You can of course use a NZ 250 drum on your bike, but then you need a NZ 250 brake shield and brake shoes. As mentioned before the drum is smaller, but it fits on the wheel you bought.
If you just want parts to get on the road and drive the bike I think I could have a complete used NZ 250 set (Shield, lever, key, shoes, drum, bearing and the retaing ring for sale).
