just purchased this bike. no speedometer cable and no speedometer hub driver that I can see. anyone know if driver available anywhere, and is attachment of cable to hub on front wheel?

The speedometer drive unit should be on the left hand side of the front wheel hub. If it is missing I suggest you keep a look out on e-bay. They turn up rather frequently.
