DKW NZ-350 Gelände?

Hello folks,
Found this picture on Ebay, ever seen this type of Dkw NZ-350? Note the elevated exhaust and the lower engine protection schield.
Anyone know this type "gelände"or is it a personal modification?

Hello,

As you can see from number plate, this is a civil bike, drafted by the Wehrmacht.
So the modifications seem to have been made by its former owner.

Hi,

Could be an original geländesport.

NZ 350 was avilable as a geländesport model, with high mounted exhausts, quick-change rear wheel and protection shield for lima. If you check out ETL 58b, you can see the differences to a standard one.

Hello,
I think Frank is right, this must be a Geländesport. I think it has the Kippständer without 'arm' on the left, wich is a Geländsport part. But I can not see the Lima protection shield. From this view it is covered by the frame. What we see is just the frame. Without the exhaust pipe in front of it, it looks a bit strange. The missing Schnellständer is also proof, this is a civil DKW.
