Hi
I cant help you there, my bike uses a Honda alternator, The original dynamo insulation was breaking down, It was easy to use the alternator and a solid state regulator. I only use 2 of the 3 phase wires, it all fits into the original case and I could use original points, although I use electronic ignition and the original bob weights to give the advance.
Regards Rob

Hi H17,
you have the following possibilities to replace the regulator (maybe more?)
1. Fit electronic replacements from http://www.edknet.de/. Easy, reliable ...but they are Euro 104,00 the pair!
2. Check e-bay for new old stock regulators. They come up regularly. But I will leave it to you to find out if this is a reliable solution.
3. Check e-bay seller phonograaf. He sells homemade electronic regulators from time to time, which are cheaper than the ones mentioned under 1).
Regards
Thomas
