Russian ISH

Here is an interesting page about the Russian ISH.

Have tried to translate the text in German - English.
But do not come further with that, the Google or Bing translation is too bad.
Is there perhaps one among you who can translate the texts correctly?
After I will add the pictures from the side and set the whole as a topic.
Would be glad if someone can help.
