Lenkkopflager

I wondering if there is one or two lenkkopflager on a NZ 350 - 1939?
In the box I got from the man I bought the bike from, there was only one bearing. In the ersatzteile liste 58 no bearing is shown, but in the D605/12 list it appears one on the picture, and two in the list.
What is correct?
