DKW nz 350 1941

I see this DKW nz 350 for sale.
But i got some doubts.. some parts do not look original to me.
Especialy that ID shield near the front wheel (the first picture).
It looks faked.

What do you guys think? he's asking 3750 Euro for it.
If you see any wrong/postwar parts please let me know!

First for the price and if it runs, this is a good buy. The first things that stick out too me that are wrong are:

Hupe
Speedo
Battery
Gas cap
Grips
petcock
Spark plug cap
The carb appears too be Russian
The ID plate is not new and its reproduction and restamped
