what is missing?

Post by 12345caravan » Mon Jan 19, 2009 8:28 pm

I'm not sure what I am missing over here, can't see it really good in the spare parts list.
Can someone please explain?
Or maybe someone has the missing parts?

Looks like there is missing some nut in the last picture, and a sort of star?

Nobody?
Should there be a nut inside the starwheel?
Now there is a washer and then a nut, don't think this is allright.
Maybe someone have a picture of the starwheel in and outside?

Hi caravan,

You are missing quite a bit. There are 2 plates that locate on the handlebars, 2 friction discs, a star shaped spring, the knob you have is missing the middle thread M6, fits onto the long rod.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply Rob,
the plates and the friction discs are present,
so i'm only missing the star shaped spring and the nut in knob.
Is it welded or pressed inside the knob?
Anybody know where to get the star shaped spring?

Hi,

The nut is pressed in originally, I guess you could weld or braze a nut inside. As to the spring I dont think I have a spare, Ebay?
Thanks
Rob
