Don´t forget:
Stalker lives in Hungary, not in Germany! In Germany the scratches on the underside of the frame will not be allowed on the street, but in Hungary there shouldn´t be a problem to get a bike on the street with a frame like that.

Hi!
Yes this is true (based on my IZH49 frame-which has no problem, just this stuff at the framebottom)..
But Hungary hasn't got an easy oltimer papering... You need to have papers for you bike and if you hadn't than you must own the bike for 10 years or stg like that. Maybe the laws are european union wide ,but they arent kept so tight in Hungary-in connection with motorbikes...
And maybe the security is the biggest risk with that bike.
Regards
