frameplate?

when scrolling trough motorrad stemlers website I came across several different types of frameplates for sale.
how can I determin witch one is for my bike? i looks like the plates are from different factorys.... like Ingolstadt, Chemnitz, Zschophau.
my bike is a 1941 NZ350...

yes that is the site. ore more presisely a pdf dokument inside.

so acording to this site the correct one would be the Cemnizt plate?..
