what's the process in pulling the flywheel?i know you need a flywheel puller? and what size screws are needed to pull the flywheel? are they 7mm ? i need to replace my brushes.

Hi Jeff,
Check the download part of this forum, there is a drawing of the lima puller, also the screws (7mm) are on the drawing. Of course you can use an universal flat flange puller with a hole pattern or chinks.

Anyone know the size of the correct keyway for my flywheel in mm? i think mine was damaged at one time.it's for my 1939 nz250.

Hi Jeff,
According to the parts manual the measurments of the key are: 6x4x18 mm DIN496.
