Isgus speedometer

Post by Lolo » Thu Aug 05, 2010 10:32 pm

Hello all,

Last week, I have found some parts for 125 Rt-1 in a farm in Normandy.
I want to schow you the speedometer, because, it's a modele I didn't know for a 125.
The speedometer is paint in sand color and marque from the year 1944. With, it there were the smal part to fix the "packstache" also in sand color.

What do you think about this speedometer ? I thaught they must go to 100 km/h. But it's original !!

As the speedo has even a daycounter for kilometres, it is not really a genuine RT 125-1 Speedo, but I think a later addition-spare-part of the frontline mechanics. I would have no problem to ride with the speedo mounted, as it has a beautiful authentic look.
