I needed one also to replace the Russian IZH one on my 350/1. I could not find one in good condition, so I made a reproduction on the lathe. After 5 hours of work, it was done. I used photos to get the approximate dimensions and reeded the bands like the original. If after a search you cannot find one, let me know and I may have time to make one for you (after I buy more steel).

I have the correct tool for the reeding on the bands. I can reed those bands for you if you make a second peg.

On reinstalling the footpeg,I know the 7/32 ball bearing sits on top of the spring, but is the ball bearing, pushed down inside the bored out area[flush],or is it just sitting on top of the spring?
thanks jeff

The spring is partially compressed when the ball bearing and foot peg are installed. The spring presses the ball into the slot and detentes in the foot peg, so that the peg snaps into position when folded inward, and when folded outward. The holding action of the ball bearing is not very strong. It is pretty difficult to press the spring with the ball bearing while installing the foot peg. The spring is pretty strong. The ball bearing protrudes only halfway out of the spring hole, and the foot peg prevents it from escaping.
