Fake resto NZ 350/1 on sale, keep your eyes open!

This one is going for sale on Ebay at the moment:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/DKW-NZ-350-1-194 ... 4616c41a14

Be aware, the "original" colour is completely faked, as indicated by the new rust-free and dark black exhaust pipes and the engine/gearbox housing. Also there shouldn`t be any "WH" marking on the front fender on a late `44 model which obviously cannot have been required from a civilian owner.

As this could be probably enough, the list does not finish yet...

Missing parts:

Speedo, part of the speedo fixation, mudscraper, baggage holder reinforcements, lower chain protector

Non-original parts:

Denfeld drivers seat, horn, front fender, rear light, brake pedal, gearbox shifter pedal, starter pedal, light switch, frontlight, ignition lock, fake number plates

Simply wrong on this bike parts:

Tank, toolbox

So don`t waste your money on that bike, it has - thanks to the fake paint - just left the zone of any reasonable price yet.

Relatively sure the seller bought it himself or someone got hooked by a Nigerian scammer. It just popped up on a German car vendors page for sale again. For far less money.
