DKW 3PS for sale in USA

Hello everyone,
I have a 1939 DKW 3PS that suffered damage when the engine backfired while idling. Apparently the timing was off. The aluminum hub on which the flywheel is riveted is fitted to the tapered shaft end with a woodrift key that was sheared. The key way in the shaft is sheared out, and the hub split at the key way and was expanded outward radially a bit, leaving a gap where the crack is. The problem is, the OD of the portion of the hub that split and is distorted served as the camming surface that opened the points for the spark.
I do not know if the hub can be restored and the tolerances of the hub for the points be brought back such that the engine will fire properly again. The repair is beyond my ability to repair in my small shop, which is geared toward making medieval armor and small gun parts more than vehicle repairs. The motorcycle is in great shape otherwise and was bought for $3400 about 7 years ago. This is the only 3PS in the hemisphere that I know of, and I cannot locate a new flywheel or shaft, even on the DKW NZ forum.
I am looking for someone who is willing to own and repair the flywheel so this DKW can live again. Since the bike is low in value, I am willing to entertain all offers, as long as you are willing to pick up the bike from M innesota, USA, get it running, and enjoy it like I have.
If you are interested, please make me a proposal. I am so heartsick that my little bike isn't running that I can barely look at it anymore. I am the second owner since 1939, and this is the very machine I trained on and it meant a lot to me. Historical things like this are hard to see die.
Email me at ksuleski@NOSPAMcomcast.net (take out NOSPAM). I can provide detailed closeup photos of the damaged parts upon request.
