Correct frameplates

Post by martdapp » Sun Dec 18, 2011 1:06 pm

I was a bit dissapointed to see all those not correct frameplates during my search for a First type + Additional Military type plate from 1940. Most vendors sell frameplates for the first type, for the 250, for the 500 etc. ALL WITH 'WH-AUSFUHRUNG' this is total wrong, such plates never existed! Only the later frameplates from the NZ 350-1 had the extra-script 'WH-Ausf'. Fortunatly I managed to find a vendor who has knowledge about these information, he sells all the correct plates for all NZ-types. He sells also plates for all other DKW-motorcycles and many other motorcycle's as BMW, NSU, Zundapp etc. etc.
